Greetings ~
My honeysuckle who is now 17 months is beginning to need more earth. As this is a part of natural growth and development I am ready to tend and nurture his request for organic and raw food stuff. Does anyone have some yummy and simple raw recipes to share?

you could simply blend bananas with water-sort of banana milk/smoothie
or pureed avocado with water

Hi there,

I've been a nanny for awhile and love to experiment with yummy fruit concoctions that little ones love. Banana blended with mangoes is always a favorite. Bananas blended with just about any fruit goes over really well actually. :-)

Take care,

Greetings.
I give thanks for the time and energy you shared in order to respond, however, I have given my son everything you all have suggested. He loves smooties, avocado, whole/soaked almonds...still, I feel he needs more variety as he is beginning to decline these things and I think it likes different textures. I would like to introduce more light veggies. I have tried giving him finely grated carrots, but he doesn't care for em'. Although, he loves sprouts! If you have any more ideas I would be very thankful.

I would suggest getting your child used to greens from an early age. The best way is through green smoothies - fruit and greens - especially for their teeth health (lots of minerals). Then, when they can chew well, introduce salads. My daughter is 6 years old and she loves kale and collards (hates lettuce) and drinks almost a quart of green smoothie made with wild greens every morning.
