Hello everyone! I just Moved to Miami. I was wondering if anyone here could help on some information of any raw food groups or pot lucks. Anyone in South Florida need a raw food friend??

-There are plenty of raw food events, markets, and groups around. I used to live down that way (now I live in Central Florida). You can check out Glaser's Organic Market on Saturday mornings in Coconut Grove. There is a raw food support group out of Pembroke Pines at the Nutrition S'mart. I'll get some more information and post it for you.

Here's a south Florida tip. Stop whatever it is that you're doing, and proceed immediately to Athens juice bar, either in South Beach or north Miami Beach. Order the fresh pressed coconut milk, strained, in a tall glass preferably. You'll thank me later.
