i can't get hold of organic greens always. i don't know if I should just eat non-organic greens (big bunches of parsley etc) or instead eat vegetables and fruits that i can peel...?!

I'm sure alot of us have come up against this dilema. What is your take?

-If you feel you NEED to eat greens (especially in the beginning) then eat well-washed conventional produce.....or grow your own. If you don't then yes - eat things you can peel. You're doing fine.

In the thousands of studies that have found benefits from eating greens, essentially none of them have been restricted to organic vegetables.

Its far more important to eat greens period, than to restrict yourself to only organic foods.

Consider all the people who eat diets high in organic grains and dairy and egg and processed/refined oils and very little vegetables or fruit. I know a lot of people like that. Are they getting superior nutrition? Hardly.
