Date: September 19, 2008 02:31PM Hey Richard!
How's it goin'? I just googled 'fastarianism' and came up with Karen Kellock's website-- I assume that's what you're referring to. I'm familiar with her website and have looked at it a few times through the years. I find her stuff pretty interesting, as well as way 'out there,' lol! (But then 'out there' isn't always bad, right? No, not at all. Just requires discernment.) Karen used to be anorexic and has spent a lifetime looking into all the different ways to practice fasting and food combining for maximum health. Not sure how she's thriving with it, but it sure is creative and always gives me something to 'chew on.' Sometimes I get inspired by reading someone else's concept and adopting it to my own specifications-- creative adaptation. The basic eating-once-a-day concept is pretty good, I think. Similar to Quantum Eating; though I think Quantum Eating is a lot more doable for most of us. How's the liquidarian life? Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: Fastarianism

Yeah I saw David wolfe use the term and wanted to know what it was about but all I could was that Karen Kellock....I think she lives off animal fat right?...anyway it all sounded a bit off to me but hey...everybody has their thing. As for me I'm doing great! RB Re: Fastarianism
