Nutritional Information on Soaked Nuts & Seeds

Hello, I'm new to the board and this is my first post. I'm currently about 30% to 50% raw, and moving up!

My partner and I have been looking for nutritional information (i.e., number of calories, fat content, cholesterol content, etc) on Organic, Raw, SOAKED nuts & seeds....but we can't seem to find any! We can find it on raw, (and roasted, and blanched, and dry roasted...) but not a WORD about soaked nuts/seeds.

Does anything change - nutritionally speaking - with the soaking process?

Is there a source for this type of info?

Thanks for your help!
Sunshine

I suppose it depends on whether the nuts are actually raw in the first place, as commercially shelled nuts tend to have their shells removed using heat. I don't think nutrition changes for soaked nuts, I think they are just easier to digest when soaked.

As for seeds if you sproat them I think they have more nutrients.
Try this for sproated seeds:
