New Years Resolution
Posted by: SlimLadyRunner ()

My new year's resolution is to lose at least 20 pounds in two months and be a full fledge fruitarian again.

I want to know what everybody else's resolutions are.

Also, there's this site: vegieworld.com
I used to buy meat substitutes here and I'm wondering if it's okay for us raw foodist.

new year's resolutions
~ to go to bed earlier. i aim for 10pm whether i think i'm sleepy or not, so long as i just stop being so busy so late at night.
~ to exercise every day.
~ to be grateful for the wonderful blessings i am gifted with in this life.
~ to be still more often. on purpose.

girls, it's healthy to lose 2lbs/month. more than that is taxing on the body and probably won't stick. what about a focus on attaining great health, your weight will balance out along the way while your body is supported in fabulous health. good luck!

Better in these ways:
I resolve to have stronger muscles, more energy, better guitar skill (more speed, more control, more relaxation), more money and marketability (which will come with finishing my album and then focusing on live performance and promotion), stronger and more dynamic voice (greater range, endurance). I'm always looking to be more knowledgable and consistent in my logic and understanding as well.

I would also like a girlfriend and some new clothes smiling smiley

I do not have a resolution other than enjoy my life. As far as raw foods, I made some progress though which coincided with the New Year. For some time I've been feeling like I needed to let my body rest, I thought I needed fasting, but then I realized that I do need those overt fats. So, I've simplified my diet and I feel so much better! I eat fruit mono and greens mono or with just a splash of orange juice.
