Want to know how to get rid of wheatgrass "foam"??

Apply a very small amount of olive oil to a paper towel and apply it to the parts that come in contact with the grass. It really works!!

Yes, it does work. On saturdays I work on a raw stall in a market and we juice loads of wheatgrass. Every so often I will put a small drizzle of oil (hemp) in the feeding chute of the greenstar juicer and it stops the juice from getting foamy. I do this when juicing other leavy greens such as spinach as well.
