Soy Milk?

Please forgive me this stupid newbie question. I have decided today to go raw, but I was wondering about soy milk which I use with whole grain cereal. Is it OK?

And what about Ezekial 4:9 bread that is baked but with no preservatives or refined ingredients?

Hi Sandy,

Soy is not an optimal food, nut milk is a great alternative. You can make nut milk in a minute by blending 2 tbsp almond butter with 2 cups water, and if you want it sweet add 1-2 tbsp of agave! Volia, milk!

As for Ezekial bread, it is not raw, but if you are okay with it while transitioning, it is the best non raw bread commercially available (o;

The items you mentioned are not living foods (just my observation), but if they help you....and are better than what you are eating now....then more power to you! smiling smiley
