Date: March 17, 2007 03:47AM Hi! I'm nan from near toronto and today is day one of trying a raw foods diet. I have so much energy! What's a good (fast, easy) bedtime snack to help me feel less awake?

Date: March 17, 2007 05:37AM I'm not sure such a snack exists. When I eat late, it just keeps me up, as digestion causes me to be more awake. What helps me is to eat a large dinner several hours before I want to go asleep, so that I am not hungry when I decide to go to sleep, yet I am not digesting anything. Re: too energized to sleep!
