I have broken capillaries on my face. Does anyone know if I'm missing something in my diet that causes this to happen? Thanks! Love, Gypsy Re: Broken Capillaries?

Date: March 29, 2007 07:41PM i have a couple cherry angiomas. little blood moles. my mother does too. a pale, freckled family affair. broken capillaries are in the same category as cherry angiomas and are vascular lesions. you can have them removed via laser-- i don't know how they can be halted. i wish! i just make sure i'm eating a variety of raw- greens- lots of vitamin c, etc.
i don't have any new cherries since going raw that i can tell. photos Re: Broken Capillaries?

Date: March 30, 2007 03:17AM I find that if I eat a lot of overt fats, especially before bed I get circles and discolored under my eyes and I can see veins under my eyes. idk if it's the same thing. If I eat more grass like things and don't eat before bed it is not a problem.
good luck. =( Re: Broken Capillaries?

She was all about the holistic approach. Also, don't overexfoliate in those areas because it can actually worsen the situation. No hard scrubbing. Only gentle.
