i asked u a question under that post "has anyone purchased this"? cuz you had information about natural sleep cycle wuz wondering if u saw it i think its important ( well, at least for me, it is) just wanted a few tips or you could PM me if u want i won't give away your sleep secrets if u wanna come up with a blockbuster best selling book on sleep
