Date: April 16, 2007 04:40PM Do you love your "pasta" with zucchini noodles and fresh raw tomato sauce?
Here is a tip: use your cheese grater on the fattest nubs to get "angel hair pasta", or on the back there should be one long slicer for cutting cheese- this makes awesome lasagna noodles. And chances are, you already have this in your kitchen! xxpeisi Re: Want to save money on zucchini spiralizer?

But I just tested the grater to see if the noodles would come out right, and they did! Re: Want to save money on zucchini spiralizer?

Date: April 17, 2007 01:27PM Hehe it rocks guys!
Try this one: take a whole zuchinni and use the cheese graters largest nubs to grate it into "pasta" blend: 2 tomatoes, 10 sun dried tomatoes, clove of garlic, teaspoon jalapeno (optional), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons herbs (I like parsley and basil), 2 dates and blend until it forms a "tomato sauce". Put sauce on pasta and garnish with raw olives, raw mushrooms (marinated in raw soy sauce if you want), and maybe a bit of diced peppers! You can even add cayenne to the sauce for an extra kick! I love this for dinner, as it is quick, easy and very nutritious to make!! xxpeisi Re: Want to save money on zucchini spiralizer?

I love my spiralizer, using a grater does a great job making a different pasta shape as well - I just happen to love the long slurpy noodle-y fun ... note pics of the 'raw' lucks on Raw Health and Happiness Society's website (google will get you there) For a low fat raw meal I use zucchini for pasta and make one of these 2 different tomato sauces. #1 - blend all together 3 vine ripe, organic tomatoes 8-10 organic, unsalted and unsoaked sun-dried tomatoes 2 stalks organic celery 2 fresh organic leaves of basil a little fresh organic rosemary 4 Tablespoons of fresh organic chives Let this sit a while before serving to let the sun-dried tomatoes plump #2 again blend all together 3 vine ripe, organic tomatoes 2 fresh(est you can get) organic dates optional a few sun-dried tomatoes ENJOY! Date: April 18, 2007 03:17AM I make zuccini noodles when people come to our home for a monthly meditation. I serve them raw foods only, and recently it's been noodles. I became a noodle chef, my nooddles are the best in the world (in my view ha ha)! They are really really yummy, with berries and greens. The evidence is people who eat them. My first noodles were a bit yucky, but luckily, practice leads to perfection.

Date: April 19, 2007 07:47PM i think raw spaghetti is better than
cooked. especially the sauce, the flavors are bursting, i like to let it sit for a day so the flavors can meld together.... yummy Re: Want to save money on zucchini spiralizer?
