ME!!

I discovered bacon avocados thru localharvest.org. Bacony finish and less fat,but silky smooth. Perfect with just some nama shoyu or plain or in guac.

I am starting to really appreciate fats.

it has a smokey bacon flavor. It is utterly bizarre. These darned avos taste like baconcados. I wouldn't recommend them for dessert recipes, however. They would be really good on a mock blt on flax, I suppose. I don't do flax breads.
