Date: May 31, 2007 02:22PM Hi,
Has anyone seen any Raw Almond Milk in stores? Are the Almond Milks in stores Raw? Do you know of any specific brand that is Raw? I don't buy almond milk from food stores because I think they are heated and devitalized. I add raw soaked almonds to my salad sometimes. Thanks, Navid Re: Almond Milk

Date: May 31, 2007 03:06PM i dont think there is raw almond milk sold in stores. im not sure though. its pretty easy to make though, its your best bet. dont know if you know how to make it but ill post for you just in case.
combine 1 cup of almonts and 3 1/2 cuts of pure water in a blender and blend until smooth. strain through a nut-milk bag. then put it back into the blender, once its nice and strained, and add agave nectar or dates to sweeten and some vanilla bean but thats all to your likeing. if you want chocolate almond milk, add some carob morsels or some cocoa nibs. (make sure they are raw) hope this helps. Re: Almond Milk
