I have all the ones you mentioned and many more I bought many years ago before the internet and online book buying. I bought them direct from IBS or International Biogenic Society in Canada but I dont know if there still selling them but if you look on the web under IBS or just write in the whole name and Dr.Zs name that is what he was called Dr.Z his wife Norma must be still up there in Canada give it a try.
