fats

Date: July 02, 2007 12:29AM Is there anyone that has to go heavy on the fatty fruits and nuts? It seems my digestion is just not as good if I don't have a lot of fats in my diet. I become very constipated if I have primarily fruits and veggies, as though maybe the liver and gall bladder are not stimulated to produce the bile or whatever to really help. I'm no scholar on digestion, but it seems odd that I would be constipated on fruit, (the consistency is similar to elk droppings ;{ ) and crave the fats so much. I thought heavy on the fatty live food was not recommended. Or is it different for everyone? Re: fats

Date: July 02, 2007 12:43AM You can use as many fats as you feel comfortable with as long as you don't get sluggish or develop undereye circles. You might need to eat more fibrous fruits; apples, berries, and the like... Re: fats

Date: July 02, 2007 02:28AM I agree with rawfrancois and love. Raw fats don't seem to bother me at all, and they don't put any weight on me either, as long as I don't way overdo it, and I get enough exercise.
If I eat just fruit, I get constipated too. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
