the raw diet and circular training

Hey guys,

as some know, I have been taking part in the 80-10-10 challenges/trials and as I am always researching my exercise component, I would like to ask anyone who has tried circular training to share their experience with me!

Luckily, there is a trainer here in Göteborg and I am considering taking some lessons to learn how to circular train.

Any input?
thanks muchly,
xxpeisi

Hi Peisi,

I have done a little circuit training before, although I am not doing it now. You basically do one set (of how ever many reps / weight) on one muscle group and then you go to the next one, etc. until you have completed the "circuit". For instance, if you are using machines, do one set on machine one, then one set on machine two...until you have done all the machines you want to, then go back to machine one and repeat. Do this "circuit" 3-4 times. In the 80-10-10 book, Dr. Graham says that for weight training, you should do 4 sets of 4-5 (or 3-4...can't remember exactly)reps and that should be sufficient.
