Sweets

Date: July 18, 2007 05:47AM I wanted something sweet all day. I tried to satisfy my sweet tooth with sweet fruits, but it was just not working so I ended up having some cake, and two sandwiches with chocolate hazelnuts. Luckily the cravings went away after eating that stuff.
I know am getting enough calories, so where am I getting the intense cravings for sweets? Re: Sweets

Date: July 18, 2007 11:35AM Your Overfats might throw off your blood sugar levels allowing candida to bloom to un-normal levels, which would explain your cravings. I know it might be difficult, but try not having any overfats for a week, as I’ve read the candida microbe is extremely short lived and should return to normal levels after that
Hope alls well -Mocha > Myspace: [www.myspace.com] > Blog: [chefdemocha.blogspot.com] Re: Sweets

Date: July 18, 2007 03:48PM Sweet things like chocolate give us a boost in seratonin and give us that feel good high we like so much.
You might try bananas next time, maybe a banana and cocoa smoothie. Love, Prism Re: Sweets

I eat less than 10% fat. Prism, I think that is why I was craving those sweets, I did feel good after eating them. Maybe my serotonin is low. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
