Has anyone dealth with Rawguru.com before? Are they still in business?

aloha, I was wondering if anyone had feedback about RawGuru? I recently ordered a dehydrator from them. It hasn't arrived, they won't respond to emails and don't answer their phone or have a way to leave a message. Does anyone know if they closed up shop? I ordered from them because they had a reasonable shipping rate to Maui... some places wanted more for shipping than the dehydrator costs.

they are still in business if you go to their contact page they have a phone number and yeah they do have a message machine. Sometimes Alex isn't the best at getting back via email but you will get your stuff. I order from them often... I know he's super busy right now.

But I really love that place actually.

Thanks for the reply. I still can't seem to get through with all of the methods of contact... email/web-form or phone, but i will try to be patient. I feel much better that someone here knows the company and has had good experiences with them.

ok... I just asked about it.. he said that he gave you free shipping on it cuz it took longer than he expected and it generally takes things a bit longer to make it out to where you are.. hope this helps

Thanks, I really appreciate you doing that. I actually just went home for lunch and it had arrived!! Although he did charge me $50 for shipping, I didn't really mind that, it was more that he didn't respond to any attempts to contact him...but that's all water under the bridge now. I've got my excalibur and I'm stoked. Thanks so much for the help!
