nuts and soaked nuts

I am vegetarian and new to raw foods. I love nuts and seeds but have concern using so much especially walnuts due to fatty food concerns with liver issues. Does soaking nuts and seeds change the fat in any way? Most reccommendations for diet with liver disease highly warn against many fats including nuts.

fat isn't water soluble and i don't think soaking does anything other than rinse off enzyme inhibitors (which i think don't even affect our digestion anyhow) and possibly start the sprouting process (depending on freshness, etc.)
here's a good rule of thumb for things like nuts. only eat as many as you could crack and eat in nature. it's not actually that much.
