Date: September 25, 2007 02:01PM Hello to all....
I know over the couple months I've been here there have been some favorite books recommended. But alas, when I go back and try to find these posts I am unable to do so. Therefore, I was thinking it would be great to have a "favorite book" thread where people could post their favorite book titles and why they recommend that particular book. Books on raw foods and fasting or anything else someone would like to add.... Thus far the only books I have on raw food are three uncook cookbooks. But none of them have much info on transition and the values and benefits of eating raw. I'd love to read more... and since my parent are coming out to visit me I'd love to have some on hand to give to my dad..... Elayne Re: Suggested Good Books For Raw and Fasting

Date: September 25, 2007 03:44PM All of Victoria Boutenko's books - they are easy to read and very informative.
Matt Monarch's books - Raw Spirit and I am looking forward to his new one, Raw Success - has information you don't find in other raw books that really helped me fill in some missing pieces. Those are may favorite, even though there are others. I will let others list the rest. Re: Suggested Good Books For Raw and Fasting

I go to search and type in 'raw food books' and so many to choose from But what is best about amazon is that people give your reviews and opinions Sometimes 10 sometimes 70, and that will basically let you make up your mind Re: Suggested Good Books For Raw and Fasting
