Date: April 29, 2007 12:45PM I have been soaking / sprouting sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I remember seeing years ago in a book by Victoras Kulvinskas nutritional information for lots of sprouts. If anyone has this book and wouldn't mind posting the information for sunflower, pumpkin, and flax sprouts, I'd really appreciate it. I don't think it'd be a violation of copyright, but, if I'm wrong, then never mind. Or if you have some information regarding the nutritional value and can post it, great. Or if you know of a source, great, please let me know. This way is not compatible with Zen practice.
