nutritional info on sprouted seeds

I have been soaking / sprouting sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I remember seeing years ago in a book by Victoras Kulvinskas nutritional information for lots of sprouts. If anyone has this book and wouldn't mind posting the information for sunflower, pumpkin, and flax sprouts, I'd really appreciate it. I don't think it'd be a violation of copyright, but, if I'm wrong, then never mind. Or if you have some information regarding the nutritional value and can post it, great. Or if you know of a source, great, please let me know.

Sprouted seeds are always a very good choice, they are a pH balancing and high-fiber way of nourishing your body.

Take the ones which have high pH levels on the pH scale like

Sesame Seeds +0.5
Cumin Seeds +1.1
Fennel Seeds +1.3
Flax Seeds +1.3
Caraway Seeds +2.3
Sunflower Seeds +5.4
Pumpkin Seeds +5.6
Wheat Kernel +11.4
