frozen greens/vegiges

im wondering..are frozen greens or veggies generally raw? like spinach and asparagus? I know fresh is always best, but Im curious about frozen..

frozen better then cooked .. but commercial frozen is usually blanched before packaging .. so unless you are freezing stuff you bought raw first .. you dont really know what you are getting smiling smiley

Yes. Be less concerned with 'raw' and more concerned with fresh and unprocessed. Just my opinion.
