80/10/10 website???

Hello. I notice that a lot of people on this forum talk about the 80/10/10 diet. I am interested in reading a bit more about it but cant seem to find a website that is dedicated to the 80/10/10. is there one out there that anyone knows about?

also..if you happen to be one of the people who follow this diet i would love to hear your experience with it.
