Date: October 21, 2007 02:31PM Has anyone tasty recipes for green juices/smoothies without the fruit as I'm trying to cut back on the fruit, still suffering with cystitis want to get as alkaline as I can?

You may be more aware of these numbers than I am, but if you need a little sweet sometimes... measure twice, cut once. push the blenderful of crunchy greens and the other veggies down into the blades with big carrots never a utinsil or your hands i know you didnt ask but just in case (im a little paranoid about that kind of stuff) Re: Green smoothie without the fruit.

Date: October 29, 2007 04:50PM Check out these charts for alkaline fruits, actually most of them seem to be alkaline. Apples, which is what I add to green smoothies are 8.0 ph (according to the last chart).
