Here is something I tried and LOVED.

1/2 English cucumber
1/2-3/4 cup broccoli florets
1 small tomato
2(?) cups kale (not sure how much really - a few handfuls)
1/2 avocado (next time I would use 1/4)
water to desired consistency

I've read that figs are fairly close to a neutral pH--of all the fruits. You may be more aware of these numbers than I am, but if you need a little sweet sometimes...

i prefer a blended soup over juice.
push the blenderful of crunchy greens
and the other veggies down into the blades
with big carrots

never a utinsil or your hands
i know you didnt ask
but just in case
(im a little paranoid about that kind of stuff)

Check out these charts for alkaline fruits, actually most of them seem to be alkaline. Apples, which is what I add to green smoothies are 8.0 ph (according to the last chart).

When I make make green smoothies without the fruit, I spice it up like a soup. It's pretty good.
