What is the most effective way to heat raw food? How can one be sure that the temperature is less than 105 degrees? Thank you for your response!

Thanks deegarry,

I've used several thermometers, but they aren't accurately gauging the heat. I want to warm up a green smoothie without losing enzymes and nutrients. Have you done that successfully?

The thermometer I suggested has a alarm on it. It will sound off an alarm if the temperture is over the amount you set it for.
