What is that stuff inside the durian shell?

Date: November 10, 2007 05:31AM Does anybody know what that gooey, greasy stuff is that's in between the durian fruit and the inside of the shell? It reminds me of Crisco. It doesn't really taste bad or good to me, but I can't figure out what it is. Does it have any carbs, fat, or protein? Or is it just meaningless goo?  Re: What is that stuff inside the durian shell?
