Mike Snyer, 'The Health Ranger,' interviews my buddy, Dave Klein. This is really nice, because you can either listen to the MP3 or read the transcript:

Thank you so much for posting this! Dave's interview addressed a few questions / concerns that have been eating away at me for the past few days; I am feeling somewhat more secure, now,in listening to my body. I have in the past two weeks gone from a vegetarian to vegan to raw vegan diet (the later since this Thursday), and have entirely by-passed the transitional "raw gourmet" stuff, going right to simply eating what my body wants - mainly little mono meals. It has been quite a change; I know it's right for me but it's also a little unsettling! I can't do a lot of combinations or a lot of complicated ingredients to a dish, and I also desperately need the simplist ideas for a few salad dressings...arghhhhh!!! But I am so glad to have made this leap, scary as it may seem sometimes!

You are fortunate to have someone like this as a friend...how encouraging! I'd love to have a gift like that...

Thanks again!!!
