Date: November 20, 2007 06:47AM curious what you will make? i've seen some really creative things on this board... so i'm expecting to see some freakin awesome photos of fabulous foods.
i saw this ad on msn just now: [lifestyle.msn.com] it's a slideshow of all these recipes for thanksgivings. the way they are all presented reminds me of a gourmet raw dish, and i just thought of how the gourmet raw counterparts would look like and what they would be made out of. so to all you creative chefs, i can't wait to see what you people have going on. =) Re: raw vegan chefs for thanksgivings

Date: November 20, 2007 09:09PM I'm making raw gravy, stuffing, marinated portabello and onion sandwiches with a curry pate (and slews of veggies for toppings), salads, and probably some hummus!
I've also got to cook my family a vegan green-bean casserole and some are eating turkey :-/ RUINING MY RAW THANKSGIVING!!! Re: raw vegan chefs for thanksgivings

Date: November 20, 2007 10:40PM Our menu is carrot-ginger soup, Mushroom mini quiches, cranberry sauce, salad and Apple cobbler. For munchy food we are setting out apple stuffed dates, figs and candied nuts. Also a raw friend is bringing a surprise dish.
I am very excited!!! Re: raw vegan chefs for thanksgivings

Date: November 21, 2007 05:06PM We're also going to have a pine-nut/mock-mashed potato whip! Very excited! My girlfriend and her family that's visiting are going to eat almost a totally raw thanksgiving dinner! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
