How do you eat a durian? I saw them in the store, but dont know where to start (I cant even lift this thing - OUCH!)

A durian can look pretty intimidating at first glance, but no worries - There actually very easy to eat and become a relaxing experience once you become accustom to them.
Just let the Durian thaw - Preferably overnight (8<->10hrs) and then a seam should appear in the middle of one of the pods. Once the seam appears just pull the pod apart and scoop out the fantastic pulp hidden within - Just don’t eat the large seed in the middle of each pod smiling smiley
