Maybe I can find out more about this, to make it easier to "Take Action" - like a website with just the "one click" and it fills in all your information for you, etc. I just saw it now and freaked out. Luckily we have all those wild greens in our yards, but winter isn't so good. This reminds me of something I saw in the Bed,Bath and Beyond flyer that you can grow greens from seeds in some contraption -- kind of expensive, though -- [www.bedbathandbeyond.com] Re: URGENT - US Department of Agriculture Plans to Irradiate All Raw Greens

Date: December 09, 2007 04:47PM Oh no, it ended up there too. (Groan.) Sorry Lois. It all started here on this board with a post that I misunderstood. Go back a page on the main forum and you'll see a couple of threads about it. Basically, I sent an e-mail about this 'proposed plan' to a few of my friends, and the rumor spread like wildfire through the raw community. Within a few hours I found out it wasn't true at all, but by then a newsletter had been sent out by one person and a few websites had posted it, all without any checking of the source. So then I got really busy sending out retractions and explaining what had happened, but there are still a few articles being circulated apparently. Sharrhan:
