Symbiotic vs Raw

What is the difference between a symbiotic diet and a raw food diet? I know the Blind Guru promotes the symbiotic life style and how it is important to cultivate 3 to 5 lbs of aerobic bacteria in our colon. Does anyone know how he says we can do this?

Eat lots of whole fruits and vegetables. I noticed your screen name is "DrinkYourGreens." For this purpose it would be better to eat them.

More soluble fibers from whole f+v = more friendly bacteria in the colon.

"aerobic bacteria"

He's probably hinting about Probiotics, Prebiotics or Kefir but didn't want to be specific because he wanted to sell his products and make a profit. Just like he's now recommending the "20 amp blender" which costs about $800 instead of the usual $300-$400 high powered blenders.

Google Prebioitics, cultured Vegetables, Kefir or Probiotics and you'll find some info.

(Kefir is usually made with milk or raw milk.. but you can also do it with coconut milk.)
