Date: December 20, 2007 05:11PM What is the difference between a symbiotic diet and a raw food diet? I know the Blind Guru promotes the symbiotic life style and how it is important to cultivate 3 to 5 lbs of aerobic bacteria in our colon. Does anyone know how he says we can do this? More soluble fibers from whole f+v = more friendly bacteria in the colon. Re: Symbiotic vs Raw

He's probably hinting about Probiotics, Prebiotics or Kefir but didn't want to be specific because he wanted to sell his products and make a profit. Just like he's now recommending the "20 amp blender" which costs about $800 instead of the usual $300-$400 high powered blenders. Google Prebioitics, cultured Vegetables, Kefir or Probiotics and you'll find some info. [www.regaininghealthnaturally.com] [www.mercola.com] (Kefir is usually made with milk or raw milk.. but you can also do it with coconut milk.)
