For a couple months I have tried to post in the recipe section and it doesn't post. When I click on "post message" the screen just blinks and I am still at the writing screen.

What operating system and browser are you using? I notice that people are posting there regularly, so I don't think that forum is broken right now.

One thing you might try is to use either another browser (say like Firefox), or try clearing out your cache.
