Just eat more of your local fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruit is always a good choice. Just increase slowly until you hit YOUR goals. Have fun!

Sure. Remember to 'regulate your own detox'. You CAN definitely make changes too fast....and be uncomfortable. If you go VERY slowly...you can always speed up...and feel cool. If you go to fast and fail....you'll feel lousy (probably). If you immediately start eating 100% fruit (a very cleansing diet) then detox becomes immediate and acute. So just be intelligent about it - as I'm sure you will be. Raw food is a tool and a fuel towards YOUR goals - a very potent tool.

-Eating healthy makes it safe for the body to release built up debris (physically and emotionally). Being wise in SLOWLY releasing these items is smart. Eat heavier raw foods like nuts, avocado, coconut and root veggies to slow this release. Eat lighter fruits, fruit-juices and mono-meals to speed this process - IF you are very comfortable. Avoid medications, chemicals, drugs, stress, processed foods, and other items which will short-circuit your detox completely and stop it. Just my experiences / tips.

Safe? You should monitor your own reactions. If you are comfortable and digesting well....then no problems! You are in new territory! Have fun...and have a destination in mind.

It's difficult to stay Raw if you enjoy Cooked Food. You might play some Mind Games. Learn how to prepare nutritious Raw Meals. Devote a lot of Energy and Time to them. Spend more time with your Juicer and Blender. Think about what you eat has to pass through your Body. Is it Cleansing or is it constipating?......WY
