i don't remember ever sobbing cuz of onions
we have a lot of better things to do with our time, resource and money then to do this

they take the quintessential essence out of an onion and feel proud of themselves?

are consumers such babies????

How sad. There is a reason that onions can bring tears to our eyes. I guess in the quest to end "crying" this was the easiest on the list... so much easier than dealing with the pain and suffering cause by cruelty and injustice.

This morning I spilled some water and it got my socks wet...hopefully science can develop a water that's not so wet. That can be so inconvenient!

LaV, you know darned well.

It's not about consumers being babies.
It's not about making the world a better place.
It's not about helping people.

It's about making money. After all is said and
done, gene manipulation is about making money.

hARRRR harrr harrrsmiling smiley

yeah!!!! my ribs hurt when i laugh too much ( i hope they don't just break)

STOP IT MAUI! (smilesmiling smiley

yeah arugula:

i hear ya

but the thing is... people don't really give a darn if their onions make them cry
and those that would pay for such unnecessary things to take place aren't the consumers

who or WHAT on earth would fund THAT
i have no idea

but u just wonder where their priorities are

reading that article made me cry

they should do something.. like knock out an enzyme or two in my system so that i don't cry when i read about such inane things going on

it would save me a lot of $$ in kleenex expenditure

this is the world i live in

i never get bored
