Weirdest late night cravings

Date: February 07, 2008 02:58AM it's nearly 10PM and i am hungry. now, keep in mind that i'm nursing so i am always hungry but still. i'm sitting here at the computer doing some work and my mind keeps wandering to what is in the fridge that i can have. i just ate half an avo. before that a sliced apple. before that i steamed some rapini (i am super craving that stuff but it's not so terrific raw). and now i want more apple, more avo, and that half an orange pepper in the fridge. i guess i could make a salad with all that stuff and some greens and lemon dressing. i'm feeling funny... Date: February 07, 2008 01:03PM no no, no baby #3, ha ha! i am still nursing aka breastfeeding this one! the nutritional demands on the body are almost as high now as when pregnant and so i am often hungry.

I say eat, eat, eat!!! Eat healthy food to your hearts content, especially if eating for two. Your body is telling you what it needs. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
