Has anyone had an environmental toxin/heavy metal workup??? Have you ever compared the results pre and post fast/detox? What labs do you use?

Thanks again guys!

This is a good question, I don't even know where I'd start looking for a place to go to--how do you even find a place, can you ask a normal doctor to do it?

If you have a doctor who will order tests like these then that's the way to go. You might even be able to use your insurance that way. Otherwise, you can use labsafe...

It's basically an online store that charges a premium to act as the requesting physician for lab work at one of your local labs. I've used them for health and nutrition tests before and they're okay. They're not cheap and they could walk you through the process a little better but it gets the job done if you don't have any other options.

Good luck!

What tests do people recommend having done? To be precise.
