Avocados & Health Risk

Hi, To get enough calories, I need to eat 2-3 avocados per day. Has anyone heard of any health risk from a high content of avocados?

3 avocados will be 900 calories of fat. On a 2000 cal/day diet, this will lead to about a 50% fat intake. Over the long term, this will cause problems. An alternative to eating all those avocados is to eat the equivalent in bananas or other sweet fruit. 3 avocados are actually 1200 calories total. This is the equivalent of 13 bananas.
