Question about NutriDiary
Posted by: GypsyArdor ()

I just started using NutriDiary and I can't figure out how to obtain information on more nutrients (vitamins/minerals) in the foods I'm eating. I specifically want to track magnesium, zinc, and possibly some others.

Is this possible? If not, does FitDay track those thing?

Thanks!

Love,

Wendi

Hey there Wendi, you can always just download Cron-O-Meter. Alot easier to navigate once you get the hang of it, and Free!!

Yeah, I also suggest cron-o-meter. No ads, and you can use it offline, as well.

I used to like nutritiondata.com until they sold out to conde nast. The only important thing it doesn't have has that nutritiondata.com has is sugar breakdown (fructose vs glucose vs lactose etc.). But I can live without that.

I tried nutritiondata, but it was too cluttered/complicated for me. I downloaded cron-o-meter and it's working well.

Thanks for the help!

Lots of love to you all,

Wendi
