boils/sores in the mouth

Hey guys,

I keep getting mouth sores/boils. Sometime on my tongue or the inner cheek or the inside of my lips. Any ideas what keeps causing these?

Thanks.

dehydration does it for me, at the sides usually.

Sometimes these can be caused by a virus. I've had it a couple times, but not for years. Sometimes they just have to run their course.

Take it easy, eat or drink something soothing and be sure not to eat anything too acidic (it burns and irritates them) and that's about all we can do sometimes.

I havn't had any mouth sores since I started putting some H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) into the water in my water pik oral irrigation gadget [www.waterpik.com]

i too find i get little boil/canker type sores when i get dehydrated ...i kinda tend to think of them of toxins escaping ..and what i usually do is eat / drink more alkaline (wheatgrass juice) and/or more water or just water for day or day an half to 2 days .. and find they clear right out

i think its just another body purging stuff out kinda thing ... at least thats what it seems to me when i lighten up on my digestion they seem to run their course

i also notice them pop up when my weekly meals start creeping up over 20-25% fat (too many nuts, avos, cocos etc>winking smiley which further kinda exaberates the issue ..

Be careful. I used H2O2 as mouthwash and it bleached my taste buds off. I cannot taste foods as vividly as I used to before I used the H2O2.

Yes, papiloma is one I believe. There are many others as well.

Unripe pineapple can cause sores in the mouth.

I had a major one last week, I didn't want to smile because it would rub on my teeth...I think it's a detox reaction...I've got one on my lower lip now but it's no way near as bad.

If you have herpes zoster; and we all do pretty much from birth : ), it is dormant most of the time except when you are: a.) struggling with a sympathetic viral/fungal infection(it comes on and says, Hey herpes! Why are you just lying there? We're here to destroy this person's immune cells! Come join us!), or b.) detoxifying your spleen of anything horrid that lies dormant waiting to be revived by aforesaid sympathetic infections. Hopefully, you'll stop having these "flareups" once you're fully detoxed and your immune system is totally fighting fit. Happy trails, herpes, ya jerk!
