Streamline your Diet

I've been sprouting Corn for the last few days, both Yellow and Purple. The Yellow sprouted at almost 100% and grew very well. The Purple didn't sprout. I've been having them in Green Smoothies by just soaking, not as sprouts. What am I going to do now? There's only one thing to do.....eliminate the Purple Corn.
Some of you may want to do something similar....remove anything that is 'Dead' from your Diet. That may also apply to 'stimulants'.....like condiments.....WY

Hmm... Does that mean, when sprouted, the yellow corn would be less starchy and more compliant with the digestive system?
