dried fruit and digestion

Date: May 19, 2008 09:24AM How long does it take for dried fruit to leave the stomach? I would imagine that it is longer than fresh fruit.
I am finding that I am much more sensitive to what foods I eat, and when, now. It's funny - when I look back I ate whatever I liked, whenever I liked and didn't notice anything. I can't beleive how out of touch with my own body I was. Re: dried fruit and digestion

Date: May 19, 2008 01:41PM Fresh is best, but I use Dried Fruit (Hunza Apricots and Turkish Figs) in my Fruit Smoothies. Exit time is probably more rapid than eating Fresh because a smoothie is Homogenized.....WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
