Buying Spirulina

Hey guys,

I am ready to buy some organic Spirula powder. I plan to add about a tablespoon everyday to my morning breakfast of fresh veggie + some fruit juice. Is this too much/adequate/too less?

Where is the best place to buy organic spirulina powder? Any personal experience?

The organic Hawaiian,Nutrex,Pacifica is a good one. The tablets are easier, but powder is good too. Cost is @ 17. on line or at the store, for 200 tabs, or 5 0z. bottle. good luck from Pa., may be cheaper where you live. Janice
