Pretty.

My dinner was pretty too until I blended it:
watermelon
papaya
pineapple
granny smith apple
orange
3 strawberries
tbsp flax
tsp coconut

I had a big bowl of cauliflower, carrot, and onion with walnut and olive oil just previous.

I made a fruit salad of peaches, apricots, canteloupe, blueberries, bananas and mango with some fresh squeezed orange juice drizzled over. Then topped it with some whole flaxseeds and raw walnuts. It tasted quite delicious.

Do you mind if I ask how many people will be eating these fruits, and over what time period? I'm just trying to compare what I'm eating with others.

Canteloupe each for breakfast. Three or four peaches a few hours later. Four or five satsumas a few hours after that. My partner tends to eat a hand of bananas a day ... I eat a few less. Mangoes last the longest in our home. All that said ... maybe three or fours days and it's all gone.

I wish I knew some folks around this area to have over for raw meals.
