What are those little white things? Now, knowing you (assuming you are the same Suvine as on gi2mrwaw) I know they would be raw :-) Are they sesame, some sort of white chia? Don't look like either. Re: Recipe section here on Living and Raw foods website

I want that! So here's my recipe for the day: will go well with your salad: I know I need to add this to recipe section and not post it here.. but I saw the salad and I couldn't resis hehe... Raw spicy hout chutney: 1. Coconut 2 Tbsp - young raw coconut meat 2. 1 Green chilly 3. 1 Tbsp sprouted mung beans 4. sea salt (optional) 5. tomato 1/2 6. cilantro 1/2 cup chopped Grind to paste and add unprocessed cold pressed oil (optional) and add lemon juice. I make if as a dip for vegetables or fruit or as salad dressing. Add 3 chillies if you want it to be super hot or no cilly if you can't handle spicy stuff. Thanks Take care A Iyer Edited 1 time(s).
