I just blended the seeds and insides of a cantaloup and it was real tasty, kind of milkey mild flavor. yum. Has anyone else eaten the inside seeds of a cantaloup? What other things can I do with this and what are the nutritional value of these seeds?

I always blend cantaloupe with the seeds. Food combining purist may suggest otherwise but it has worked for me.

I've been wondering the same things myself... but that doesn't stop me from eating them right out of the melon with a spoon!

Not all other seeds are as tasty as cantaloupe seeds. Yum!

Funny.
For years I used to scoop out the "guts" of lopes and other melons, but now eat everything.smiling smileysmiling smiley The white seeds in watermelons blend up nicely too,but not sure of the big black seeds.I actually havent had that kind of watermelon in years.
I have thought of sprouting the seeds too.

I was blending them but lately I have been eating them with a spoon and then eating the rest of the cantaloupe after.
