Cashew Nuts

I had some cashew nuts, about fifteen and I am trying to calculate for many calories I had.

Woodstock Farms Cahews - Raw Organic

Bag has about 8 servings per bag
Serving size 1/4 cup (30g)

Amount per serving
Calories 170 Fat 120

So how many calories did I consume if I had about 12-14 cashews? Damn they were good but now I feel sluggish, ha! And I had them with a hint of lemon. MMM.

I'd figure about 1/4 of a serving. so 170 and 120 devided by 4.

I'm confused. So how many calories did I consume if I had 75 percent of a serving? And how long to wait after eating nuts to eat again? An hour or so?

75% of 170 is 128 calories. I think an hour to an hour and a half should be fine, but if you're hungry, eat something small. Almonds will probably fill you up more than cashue's though. I don't soak my nuts, either. I don't like them that way, but that's just me.
