calories in raw carob powder?

Date: July 01, 2008 03:50PM According to the USDA database, 1 Tablespoon of carob flour (presumably the same as carob powder) contains 18 calories, and 1 cup contains 229 calories. I'm assuming this is raw, since it doesn't say anything about it being roasted.
