Night Sweats

Date: July 03, 2008 02:12PM I woke up this morning soaked. I feel fine and am not sick. Is this part of detox ? Should I be concerned or is this a natural part of the body cleansing itself ? Has this happened to anyone else ? Re: Night Sweats

I've sweat a LOT while mono-eating right now. Especially when I get out in the sun--if I sweat, normally it's not much, but these past few days I have poured, so it could be related to detox. The body does clean itself while we are sleeping. =) I would wait and see how it continues, see if you experience this with any other weird/uncomfortable symptoms along with it, see how you feel otherwise. In any case, fresh, raw food helps the body do what it must best! =D Hope all is well! Re: Night Sweats

Date: July 03, 2008 03:58PM Sounds normal to me. One of the body's normal detox reactions is to raise its temperature.....and to purge excess salts/fluids.

Date: July 03, 2008 09:16PM I had the samething when I was mono eating/ fasting, and even when I jucefasted. Lots of sweating, and I was not sick.
