Date: July 07, 2008 10:11PM Hey, what do you generally gravitate toward when your stomach is upset and/or you are nauseous and would typically, on a SAD diet, eat a bland food, like rice or bread? Re: Neutralizing Acidic Stomach

Date: July 07, 2008 10:33PM what if you want to feel full? or will that desire go away the more i'm a raw foodist? i mean that i have something in my stomach that is absorbing the acid (or at least the perception that I do).
thanks for answer. Re: Neutralizing Acidic Stomach

Date: July 08, 2008 04:17AM Greens are good for neutralizing acids. But its best to cut out the foods that make you feel acidic. What foods are you eating that are making you feel this way? Re: Neutralizing Acidic Stomach

Date: July 09, 2008 12:56PM It was just a one-time thing, I think something made me ill. I had wheatgrass that was fresh - maybe it had mold. I switched to frozen/grown outdoors. I also had a raw onion bread (dehydrated). Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
